The tracking number will be sent to your email or you can obtain it by logging in to our system.

Please note that it may take a while after the item has shipped to appear on the status page.

Online tracking information on the delivery status of registered mail/parcels sent overseas is available for selected destinations.

You can connect to the mail tracking website of the destinations HERE directly.

For destinations not on the list, tracking information is only available up to departure from Hong Kong. 

Note : most of the tracking websites serve Speedpost service only.
