Product offered for sale in ZZCASE comes with a Satisfaction Guarantee so that customer rights are fully protected. If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, simply contact our customer service for the appropriate advice, we either ship to you the exchange item or issue a refund.
To return a product for item exchange or refund, please pay attention to the following:
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing to email@example.com; submission of the Paypal transaction / order number is requested.
- Item must be returned in good condition including all accessories. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subjected to restocking fee. Damages caused by improper use and/or natural wear and tear are NOT applicable to warranty items.
- Customer is responsible for the shipping fee of the item to our service centre.
- Attach a copy of the purchase record with the returned item, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- We highly recommend that you return the item with a traceable and secure shipping method. ZZCASE is not responsible for the lost or damaged packages.
- Returns should be processed within 30 days after the issuance of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once your return is received and verified, you will be informed for the replacement, or issue a refund via your PayPal account. The shipment fee is non-refundable.
